Medication administration
We play a crucial part in making sure that those who reside at home have
the proper information and/or support so that your loved ones may take
their medications as directed. Our home nursing staff works closely with the
neighborhood pharmacies and family GPs to administer medications in a
secure and efficient manner. At the initial visit, as care requirements
change, and in accordance with applicable programme guidelines, all
consumers will be evaluated for their capacity to manage their prescriptions
in order to make sure care needs are met.
